The Role
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator(PowerPoint Specialist) with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver world class PowerPoint presentations to be used for Executive / Board level presentations.
- Ensure that all brand assets drive a consistent brand message and experience across the marketing mix.
- Enhance the effectiveness of presentations by transforming content into visually engaging and informative slides.
- Embrace new platforms, tech/design/content developments and best practice approaches.
- Organise and structure presentation content, including text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia elements, to ensure clarity, coherence, and brand compliance.
- Design or source relevant graphics, icons, and illustrations to complement the presentation's content and engage the audience.
- Create clear and effective data visualisations, such as charts and graphs, to illustrate key points or trends.
- Ensure consistent design elements, colour schemes, and formatting throughout the presentation.
- Review content for errors in grammar, punctuation, and layout, and make necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with presenters, and stakeholders to understand the presentation's objectives and incorporate feedback.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong creative thinking across all channels
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
- Practical experience in presentation design or graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing well-designed presentations.
- Expert PowerPoint skill – experience with graphics, charts, infographics, master template creation, animations and transitions
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
- The ability to innovate and think critically in a high paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of company branding, brand and creativity
- Strong written and verbal communication - capable of editing and improving written creative in line with visual design elements
- Qualifications in graphic design, marketing or advertising or relevant industry experience
- Portfolio of relevant work
- At Worley, being a part of our Global Sales & Marketing team means all that and more, and we’re looking for an experienced PowerPoint expert to execute and manage creative PowerPoint presentations for our greater Global team. This includes ensuring all outputs are on brand while being a creative and strategic.
