Position: Business Analyst II
As a Business Analyst in the Global Strategy team, you will be working on high-impact, high-visibility projects that will inform critical business decisions. You will reporting directly to the Director of Strategy in India and interface with key stakeholders across the business e.g., regional management, Regional Functional leaders, Project Directors/Project Managers across the world.

Key responsibilities:
Analysis: Work with datasets to perform analysis and develop insights / recommendations.
Problem solving: Analytical and conceptual problem solving to address key asks from stakeholders.
Stakeholder management: As part of a Global team, you will work with multiple stakeholders – requiring process management and stakeholder management skills.
Communication: Synthesize recommendations both verbally and in written form (Excel or PowerPoint).
Maintenance / Development of dashboards: You will also develop and maintain business dashboards on Power BI and other tools.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
1-2+ years of work experience.
Preferred qualifications
Work experience in the Energy, Chemicals or Resources sector.
Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines.
Experience with Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint.
Strong learning orientation.
Ability to work in Ambiguity.
