The Role
As a Graphic Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Design visually compelling content ― brochures, presentations, banners, flowcharts, etc.
- Interactive media ― design and manage interactive PDFs and Adobe EPUB files, incorporating elements like buttons, QR codes, hyperlinks, and embedded media.
- Video production ― create and edit promotional videos optimized for various platforms, enhancing our digital presence.
- Brand stewardship ― ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all channels.
- Collaboration ― partner with other designers, the marketing team, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project requirements.
- Revision and optimization ― make necessary revisions to existing materials based on feedback, ensuring all changes align with brand standards.
- File management ― own the print production process from concept to delivery, working closely with vendors and stakeholders to produce high-quality materials.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B or engineering context.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro / After Effects are essential).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, capable to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
