Senior Manager, Supply Chain
· University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 15+ years relevant experience, including project management experience, and recognized as a functional expert and thought leader, providing consultation to others.
- The ability to effectively communicate and present complex reports to executive level management
- Extensive project delivery/project governance experience including major projects.
- Experience of successfully engaging with customer executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in all commercial contracting models/risk profiles and all project scopes/phases (FEL/EPC/EPCM & Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc).
- Positive motivational leadership style and creative thinking skills with a focus on challenges norms, innovation and enhancing digital delivery.
- Working knowledge of contract law and management information systems.
- Negotiation leadership skills to achieve sustainable and cost-effective commercial outcomes in complex business environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop high performance culture.
