1. Experience

·         Handling / developing team more than 20 engineers

·         Leading projects of large size as PM / PEM or Discipline lead

·         Should have good communication skills  - verbal & written so as to communicate with client and lead offices

·         Should have leadership qualities

·         Be able to mentor juniors

·         Good presentation skills

·         Qualification :

·         Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
