Worley are currently bidding for a well-recognized Danish green hydrogen project (EPCM), this project is set to start in the south of Denmark and EPCm is estimated to run for 4 years. This project is part of a large European strategy and is important in Denmark's efforts to reduce greenhouse gases and improve renewable energy. The project includes a greenfield large onshore pipeline and an existing methane pipeline. Please note this role is subject to project award on a contractual basis, which will commence in Q1 2026. For this project in particular we require individual that are already based in Denmark as no relocation assistance will be provided.
Lead Pipeline Commissioning Engineer
Will be responsible to oversee the above Piping Commissioning and Start-up scope in accordance with the approved schedule. Also ensures that all relevant Pipeline technical specifications have been met and recorded as per Project requirements.
You'll be:
· Ensuring that equipment and systems are fully commissioned at Handover, and ready to operate in compliance with the TANAP Project design, standards and specifications, the Systems Completion Plan
· Attending workshops including HAZOP’s of any modifications(MOC’s) required.
· Monitoring Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of I&C activities associated with the Facilities Piping SOW
· Witnessing of pipeline flushing activities to ensure cleanliness criteria is maintained and pipeline design pressure parameters are adhered to
· Assist in the Identification and Definition of Systems and Subsystems and System testing and acceptance requirements
· Verifying and validate the Contractor’s compliance with its scope of work in support of the Piping Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
You'll have:
· Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering
· Experience in Construction, Pre-commissioning, Completions and Commissioning of Pipelines in Oil and Gas facilities
· Detailed working knowledge of Pipelines and associated gas compression and above ground installations
· Detailed knowledge of large diameter pipeline pigging operations
