Qualifications / Skillset

·         Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling businesses of similar size and complexity, ideally from an end-user or EP/EPC background.

·         Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing revenue-generating businesses at scale.

·         Passion for business growth, customer engagement, and deal-making, with a demonstrated ability to drive new opportunities.

·         People-focused leadership approach, with the ability to manage large, complex stakeholder networks both internally and externally.

·         Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge conventional practices while respecting Worley’s values and relationship-based business model.

·         Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, ensuring collaboration rather than siloed operations.

·         Experience working with international teams to deliver projects at scale, leveraging global delivery centers effectively.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape, ensuring Worley remains at the forefront of offshore energy solutions.

·         Strong executive presence, able to represent the organization with credibility and authority in Houston and beyond.

This role is based in Houston, with an expectation of three days per week in the office, Monday as a remote workday, and Friday off.
