What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing country / regional operations including delivering financial results, leading complex operations, and upholding HSE excellence.
- Comfortable presenting at all levels within an organization, from workforce on-site to group executive level, showcasing Worley's commitment to collaboration and inclusivity.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and successfully engage with client executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders, aligning with Worley's promise to be the industry's straight-talking partner.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial contracting models, risk profiles, and project scopes/phases (FEL/EPC/EPCM & Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc.)
- A network of high-level key client contacts and credibility/ability to enhance customer relationships, underscoring Worley's position as a prominent partner in energy, chemicals, and resources.
- Motivational, collaborative, and visible presence in leadership style with strong communication skills and the ability to develop a high-performance culture, embodying Worley's commitment to collaboration and ensuring we do what is right over what is easy, with a Worley first mindset.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- University Degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
