The Role
- We as part of Worley Digital Consulting – O&M group are providing consulting services in integrated Digital Twin for EPC and O&M stages, Digital strategy and roadmap, pre-FEED and FEED consulting to Oil & Gas upstream/ midstream/ downstream, green energy, mining customers.
- As a part of our Worley Consulting Digital practice, we are searching for experienced consultant who has experience in conceptualization, design, and implementation of digital solutions in Asset management and Operations management for Oil & Gas, Process, and/or Mining industry.
- In this role, you will be involved in various stages of consulting engagements: client development, concept development, pre-FEED / FEED consulting, and solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience of end-to-end implementation of solutions offered by various technologies providers such as AspenTech, Siemens, Honeywell, AVEVA, Bentley, GE, Meridium, or equivalent is a must.
- Capability to work in diverse work cultures and comfortable with non-hierarchical organizations.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 16 years’ experience of consulting, and implementation of O&M stage digital solutions across various process industries such as oil and gas (upstream/mid & downstream), renewable energy, utilities (water, and power), and metal and mining.
- Experience of implementing, and consulting of multiple digital transformation projects covering digital solutions like Digital Twin, Asset Performance Management, Operations monitoring and execution systems etc. across multiple functions like Operations, Production and inventory management, HSSE, SCM, Asset reliability and maintenance.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as IIOT, machine learning, artificial intelligence, robotics, and drones, is a must.
- Experience of working on two or more consulting assignments such as digital strategy development, digital Pre-FEED or FEED, digital roadmap, Digital transformation readiness assessment, etc.
