About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Campaign Implementor – LinkedIn Campaigns to help us implement and optimize LinkedIn marketing initiatives that enhance our brand, drive engagement, and generate meaningful leads.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll coordinate digital communication projects and support the execution of both paid and organic campaigns. You’ll work closely with global teams to ensure our content and messaging reflect Worley’s brand story consistently across regions and time zones.

What you’ll do
Campaign & content management
Set up and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including different formats.
Collaborate with content creators to tailor visuals, copy, and messages that connect with our professional audiences.
Implement organic content strategies that grow engagement and strengthen our digital community.
Brand awareness & communications
Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects and special campaigns to enhance our public image.
Support the creation of marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, brochures, and reports.
Participate in building brand awareness through advertising, social media, and partnership initiatives.
Liaise with media, agencies, and public relations partners as needed to support brand campaigns.
Performance & analytics
Monitor campaign results using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other analytics platforms.
Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance and optimize budget allocation.
Conduct A/B testing to refine creative, targeting, and messaging approaches.
Prepare status and performance reports for the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team.
Collaboration
Partner with global marketing, design, and sales teams to align LinkedIn activities with business priorities.
Support cross-functional projects that advance digital marketing capability.
Share knowledge and assist in developing best practices across regions and time zones.
What You Bring
Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and organic campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tools, and audience segmentation.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt to corporate and regional audiences.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under limited supervision.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures in a truly global environment.
University degree in a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
Marketing/Media agency experience in social media is desirable.
Collaboration & autonomy
You’ll work under limited supervision, using sound judgment aligned with Worley’s marketing strategy and brand voice. You’ll often work independently but will need to ability to demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork.
