The Role

As an Eightfold Product Manager with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

  • As the Eightfold Product Manager, you will be a key member of the People Digital Products team and will set the vision and strategic drivers of Eightfold to align to the broader Talent strategy and the People Digital / ERP strategy​, while creating a multi-year strategic and outcome-based Eightfold roadmap to realize the vision​.

  • This role requires the unique skillset of someone who is a strategic thinker, a visionary, yet can translate that strategy and vision to an executable roadmap and plan. While you are an Individual Contributor, you are working as part of a team of subject matter experts spread across the globe.

  • Provide thought leadership and the ‘art of the possible’ as it relates to your solution, including new functionality and product road maps.
  • Create quarterly objectives or goals of the product to execute the roadmap.
  • You will be required to assess business requirements, drive design discussions and decisions, build requirements and support implementation for your product as required. You are responsible for coordinating, administering and governing the product ongoing.
  • You will ensure you are well informed as to the People, Talent, People Digital and Regions strategies when designing and enhancing Eightfold. You will be a thought leader in this space with a key focus on Talent Acquisition and user experience.
  • You will ensure the product meets our regulatory, compliance, governance and ethical standards and effectively manage business risk.
  • You will work in a structured way to project management methodology to ensure the stability of the solution and critical business processes. You will effectively collaborate with the Digital team, who have responsibility for configuration.
  • Strategically align Eightfold initiatives to meet the needs of the entire People technology ecosystem including Oracle, Eightfold.ai, Taleo, Appreciate and SuccessFactors.
  • Innovate and bring creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Successfully manage Eightfold demand management and external support vendors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that meet the stated business need and are in line with our strategy.
  • Successfully escalate, manage and hold to account external support vendors.
  • Lead partnership with the Eightfold vendor to bring best practice to Worley, the get the greatest value from our instance and to be seen as a best practice Eightfold customer by the external market.
  • Be an active part of the Eightfold external community, bringing the best of ‘outside in’ thinking to Worley.
  • Assess business requirements, drive design discussions, build requirements and support go-lives/ enhancements as required while actively prioritizing and manage the backlog.
  • Create project plans and structured methodologies and templates for your own work areas, and input into those owned by others.
  • Partner effectively with the wider People function to ensure the solution supports our People Strategy ongoing.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standards, procedures, Reference Guides, FAQ documentation and resources to support all system users.
  • Maintain the administration of the solution and programs.
  • Own and ensure updates to forms, workflow, reports and documentation for the solution.
  • Work closely with Digital to identify and recommend solution upgrades and enhancements.
  • Own system-related configuration and delivery for regulatory, compliance, governance and ethical standards and effectively manage business risk.
  • Identify and share actionable insights from data to support meeting business needs, optimizing opportunities, improving the employee experience and reducing ‘pain’ points or ‘friction’ in the systems.
  • Contribute to periodic review of Vendor performance against performance criteria.
  • Metrics and KPI’s:
    • Ensure that the design meets the requirements of the organization.
    • Voice of the customer, stakeholder feedback.
  • Key interfaces:
    • This role will report into the People Digital Product Lead and will partner closely with the following stakeholders:  

      Talent, Digital, Eightfold, WES People Digital, GPE, other People Centres of Expertise (COEs), Regional People Operations Teams.

About You 
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate formal qualification in either Information Technology, Human Resources, Business/ Administration or equivalent experience in in administering a similar solution.
  • Relevant work experience with global TA systems and process design coupled with design and implementation of enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives, project and change management (ideally in a complex global organisation).
  • Functional knowledge and experience in managing a similar solution previously. Experience with Tier 1 Cloud solutions.
  • Experience consulting with a wide range of global stakeholders in and out of the People function.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in working hours. There may be some regular calls outside of normal business hours to connect with global team.
  • Experience working in regional or global team (desirable).
