The Role
As a Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that align with business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, Apex, Lightning web components, and integration with other systems.
- The candidate would have 6-8 years of experience in implementing and Developing solutions with a focus on CRM/Salesforce.com.
- Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with Business and internal teams.
- Develop custom and out of the box solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, LWC, etc.).
- The Candidate must have excellent Skills and experience in SFDC Configuration/Admin, Apex coding, Lightning Aura component and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- The candidate should preferably have experience implementing integration solutions, including integrating SFDC with ETL products like Informatica.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development.
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and provide recommendations for improvements to the systems.
- Technology architecture & development.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Overall, 6+ years of SFDC implementation experience.
- Minimum of 3-year of experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
- Minimum of 2-year experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Minimum of 3-year experience with Agile – user stories, features, story points, etc.
- Experience with Azure dev ops is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com design, and development best practices
- Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, continuous deployment, release management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environment and guide the team.
- SFDC PD1/PD2 or JavaScript Developer I certification is desirable.
