Senior Cost Analyst
Role Context:
Coordinate the overall cost analysis activities (Engineering Industry) on one or more major complex projects; assuming responsibility for preparation, quality and accuracy of project cost reports; establishing liaison with project management and clients on all matters relating to cost control; making periodic site visits to verify field cost reporting; assigning and reviewing work of subordinate cost analysis staff.
You'll be:
- Global Level Summary: Senior level position with advanced knowledge (Engineering Industry) and a specialized depth or breadth of expertise, gaining a mastery of a single areas or multiple broader areas of specialization.
- Decision Making :Plans and conducts and may supervise work of self and others. Has ability to lead project teams. May participate in cross-functional collaboration
- Supervision Received :Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Broad duties assigned at beginning of projects. Work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas that impinge on work of other units. Work is reviewed to ensure policy conformity and soundness of approach. Informed guidance is available.
- Supervision Authority :Able to lead functional project teams. May have direct reports. Will typically assign activities and regularly give job related guidance to department staff as a senior advisor
You'll have:
- Typical Qualifications : Engineering education/degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 7+ years relevant experience.
- Communication: Strong ability to Inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management.
- Systems, Processes & Tools Strong: Understanding of systems, processes and tools related to Engineering field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
Non-negotiable requirements:
- Based in European borders
- Language: English speaking (Dutch is optional)
- Candidates must have experience or worked in the Engineering/Construction industry.
