Key Responsibilities:
Support the project controls team in maintaining cost tracking systems, schedules, and progress reports.
Assist with data entry for cost, schedule, and resource tracking in project control systems (e.g., Excel, Primavera, or ERP platforms like SAP).
Maintain and update logs for change orders, purchase orders, timesheets, and subcontractor records.
Help prepare weekly and monthly reports, including cost, schedule, and progress status for internal and client reporting.
Manage and organize project documentation in accordance with company procedures and site protocols.
Coordinate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to gather data and verify documentation.
Schedule and document project control meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
Ensure accurate filing of project correspondence, timesheets, and cost records.
Provide administrative support to project controls, contracts, and commercial teams.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of sensitive project financial and contractual information.
Adhere to all site health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role on construction or mining projects.
Previous experience working in a site-based environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with project controls processes such as cost tracking, scheduling, and document control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project control software (e.g., SAP, Primavera, Aconex, or similar) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
