The Role
As a Policy Analyst with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.
- The HR Policy Analyst improves the People practitioner experience through high quality, up-to-date, clear and concise information and supports operational excellence by maintaining operational documents in a structured repository.
- Initially, this role will conduct an inventory of internal People practitioner knowledge related artifacts (e.g., policies, SOPs, etc.) across the global organization and conduct an analysis to determine the needed improvements and gaps.
- Create new user centric knowledge and content and edit existing knowledge and content on demand.
- Inventory all People practitioner knowledge in a simple, organized and easy to use repository while maintaining governance and oversight.
- At the direction of and in partnership with the Manager, People Process Analysis, Policy and Governance,
- Gather applicable knowledge as a result of internal audit findings for analysis
- Design and implement templates for various knowledge types and define the use cases for each
- Design and implement a simple, transparent and intuitive taxonomy
- Design and implement a knowledge governance model including:
- An efficient and transparent intake to retire workflow including role definition for approvals
- At the direction of and in partnership with the Manager, People Process Analysis, Policy and Governance,
- Continuously scan and assess published knowledge for improvement
- Keep published knowledge up to date and retire knowledge when appropriate
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Prior experience in creating high quality and concise content
- Ability to distill complex information into clear and concise content for diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understands user behavior and navigational paths in engaging in content
- Strong self-organizational qualities
- Analytical skills required
- Thrives on and has experiences with ambiguity.
- Excellent decision making skills and a sense of urgency. You're able to juggle competing priorities with a focus on timely execution and follow through.
- 2+ years in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or any related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree
