The Role

The Change manager is responsible for the leadership and coordination of organizational change initiatives. They develop, implement, and manage the change process itself, which can be a complex and challenging task. The change manager interfaces with all levels of management and staff to ensure that changes are smoothly and effectively implemented.

Overall drives successful transformations and ensure that changes are adopted smoothly and effectively within the organization.

  •           Discover stakeholders’ challenges, requirements and expectations and define Change Management strategy for transformational change programs.
  •          Create, implement, and evolve change strategies for transformational programs relevant to organizational culture, taking into consideration interests of key stakeholders.
  •          Define KPIs and conduct value/benefit realization for large transformation programs with desirable emphasis on digital User Experience (UX) programs.
  •         Work with clients to execute and deliver change management projects/programs.
  •          Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and develop change, communication, and training, measurement strategy and plans.
  •          Build communication & training collaterals and drive the communication campaigns & training workshops across geographies.
  •         Run the change management intervention smoothly by mobilizing the Change Network.
  •         Manage strong stakeholder relationships and conduct stakeholder engagements.
  •          Ensure smooth transition to new ways of working through effective change interventions.
  •          Collaborate with internal communications team for delivering the communications deliverables.
  •          Ensure appropriate feedback collection mechanisms to measure change effectiveness and refine the change management process to drive adoption.

 

 

    About You

  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • MBA / PGDM preferred.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in change management-related programs (change strategy & Planning and execution, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)
  • Certification in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP) are good to have.
  • Experience in managing Change for organization wide transformations with preference for someone who has been involved in Design Thinking and / or Agile programs.
  • Understanding of various Change Management methodologies and Change Models to drive change alongside measurable business results.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Video Design, Survey, communication tools, etc) is desirable
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment.
