Digital Solutions Consultant I
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
IT / Technical Skills:
· Experience in Level-1 support for solutions developed in Automation Anywhere, Automate, UiPath and Web applications developed in Power Apps, .Net. Expectation is to Identify & Classify issues / enhancements for escalating to appropriate resolver groups.
· Experienced in supporting AI Solutions at Level 1 by Identifying and classifying issues to be escalated to the correct resolver groups.
· Experience with basic SQL Queries and database concepts.
· Hands on experience on Ticketing system like ServiceNow & Excel formulas.
· Well versed in SDLC using Agile in Azure DevOps. Hands on experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
· Ability to quickly, accurately analyze issues reported for the digital RPA solutions that are in production and help with identifying and classifying any configuration/code issues.

· Good communication skills to support digital solutions to Local and Global stakeholders.
· Engagement as a proactive member of the workgroup and team player.
· Professional communication to all stakeholders and within Team.
· Ability to take instruction and perform tasks accurately with minimal guidance.
· Accurately report to Seniors / Leads in a timely and effective manner.
· Strong English language verbal & written communication in proactive manner.
