Position: Digital Solutions Consultant II (Pardot Consultant)
As a Pardot Consultant, you will be working on Pardot enhancements and support. Your role will be working with the Worley Salesforce IT team to further maximize the usage of Pardot. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise Marketing team in line with Pardot best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for their Pardot and marketing cloud usage roadmap.

Essential Skill Sets and Standard Competencies
· Experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, and working with the Salesforce Connector
· Design, implement, and monitor for automated campaigns across email and web
· Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
· Sales Cloud & APEX knowledge and ability to set up features such as Engagement History,
Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder
· Intimately familiar with Pardot lead qualification process (grading & scoring).
· Excellent understanding of Engagement studio in setting up lead nurturing programs.
· Well versed in best practices for administering Pardot ecosystem.
· Well versed with the new features in Pardot like engagement history, b2b marketing analytics,
connected campaigns etc.
· Knowledge of HTML or CSS for creating landing pages, forms, and email templates
· Working knowledge of SFMC will be a plus.
· Technology architecture & development.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ experience in delivering Salesforce marketing automation projects.
Successfully completed at three Pardot implementations
At least 3 years’ experience working hands-on with Pardot,
Experience with Sales Cloud, APEX and LWC
Certified Pardot Consultant
Experience using the Pardot API to integrate third-party systems.
Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and One trust.
Good to Have Skills:
Basic understanding of LWC.
Basic understanding on REST APIs.
Good to have Pardot Specialist certification.
