This is a remote/ rotational position. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for performing parts functions and local receiving/delivery, handling, inventory and shipping of warehouse materials and containers. Performs functions at project operating locations associated with the receipt, storage, custody, delivery and issuance of Worley and Client procured material.
Is responsible for the evaluation and requisitioning of equipment, tools, parts, and consumables. Coordinates these needs based on project schedules, to prevent or eliminate conflicts in scheduling or other potential delays.
Essential Job Functions:
· Reviews requirements of projects for equipment, tools, parts, and consumables.
· Arranges for shipment from stock, from other projects, or from suppliers and delivery to jobsites.
· Supports assigned contracts for the supply of either spare or repair parts.
· Provides technical assistance to the customer to insure acquisition of proper equipment, tools, and parts.
· Supplies any technical information necessary for operation or maintenance to the job site.
· Gathers historical and/or financial information as necessary to prepare proposals for any other studies required in the overall operation of equipment, tools, and parts.
· Coordinates efforts with other groups to ensure completion of the overall objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with both imported and domestic materials and equipment including, but not limited to:
- Heavy Duty: Caterpillar, Cummins, Peterbilt, and Bobcat,
- Light Duty: light duty trucks (Ford)
· Able to read proper work orders, chase properly ordered parts and equipment, following the work orders and issue requisitioned parts.
· Familiarity with specification standards ASTM, ASME, NACE, NFPA, MSS, API AND NEC.
· Must have experience operating a variety of warehouse equipment and working with hand tools.
· Ability to work effectively without direct supervision and interface with a variety of people representing different companies.
· Proficient in operating forklifts, hoists and trucks, plus working with and assisting order- takers.
· Possesses current knowledge of warehousing skills and organizational practices.
· Must have ability to read and comprehend job descriptions, safety/technical manuals and safety/warning signs, which includes reading and filling out hiring documents and forms.
· Sufficient oral and written communication skills to be able to give and receive oral / written safety warnings and instructions and task assignments.
· Ability to plan and organize effectively.
· Ability to work as part of a team; communicate effectively with fellow workers and alternate.
· Ability to demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures.
· Ability to demonstrate support for the company’s environmental management system.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Work is performed in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources. Candidate understands the site is approximately 840 miles (at least 4 hours by air ambulance) from surgical, specialist, and tertiary medical care, and where medical evacuation from this location may be significantly delayed due to weather conditions. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to:
· Must have ability to stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, crawl, reach through low and high ranges, work overhead, and exhibit normal balance and coordination. These basic physical requirements are essential for safe performance of the job in harsh environments with exposure to very cold temperatures and while wearing arctic gear.
· Standing for prolonged periods of time.
· Driving for prolonged periods of time in the dark and inclement weather
· Ability to climb scaffold, ramps, stairs, equipment, portable ladders, and/or wellhouse/tank/facility fixed ladders of 20 feet or greater.
· Ability to wear and utilize fall protection within manufacturer specifications.
· Lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist with two hands.
· Lift 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder with two hands.
· Carry 50 lbs. for 15 feet with two hands.
· Push/pull 60 lbs. sled for 20 feet.
· Push/pull 90 lbs. cart for 20 feet.

Two (2) years’ experience in stock management, warehousing, and inventory management.
· One (1) years’ experience with computerized stock management, CRT experience and working a parts/issue counter is preferred.
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
· Valid driver's license and the ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
· North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC). Worley can provide NSTC certification training if needed.
