Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on industrial construction projects as a journeyman tradesperson or other construction project specialist
  • Industry Trades Certification or Technical Diploma
  • Proficiency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as: MS Office
  • Basic understanding of project scheduling and estimating techniques
  • Interpersonal skills – establish direct working relationships and rapport
  • Communication skills – demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
  • Effective and objective decision making capabilities by gathering factual information
  • Attention to detail and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner
  • Able to coordinate activities to meet requirements in a timely fashion
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
