Vice President, Operations - Northern England

You’ll be able to/have:

• Several years’ leadership experience of broad management.
• Comfortable presenting at all levels within an organization from workforce on-site to group executive level, showcasing Worley's commitment to collaboration and inclusivity.
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and successfully engage with client executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders, aligning with Worley's promise to be the industry's straight-talking partner.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial contracting models, risk profiles, and project scopes/phases (FEL/EPC/EPCM & Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc.), reflecting Worley's targets and commitment to sustainability.
• A network of high-level key client contacts (or the ability to create this) and credibility/ability to enhance customer relationships, underscoring Worley's position as a prominent partner in energy, chemicals, and resources.
• Motivational, collaborative, and visible presence in leadership style with good communication skills and the ability to develop a high-performance culture, embodying Worley's commitment to delivering sustainable change and mitigating risks effectively through positive decision-making.
• Approach challenges with high positive energy and drive continuous improvement to ensure high quality delivery from yourself and colleagues around you.
• Experience of successfully engaging with client executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
• Regularly visible our office.
• Able to travel to various offices across the UK.
• Not essential but experience in large projects or alliance programs environment from engineering through to construction and commissioning
