We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Management and Development Advisor to join our company. The Talent Management and Development Advisor will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies, creating and executing employee development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement within the engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, assess, develop, and retain top talent.
• Implement performance management review and career development plans.
• Assess training needs and design and deliver customized learning and development programs for employees.
• Implement and manage talent assessment and succession planning processes.
• Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in Talent Management and Development.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including performance management, employee development, and employee recognition.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies for talent identification and development.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
