Qualifications - Internal
· Required to have minimum 10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar industry with strategic sourcing across both professional technical & corporate disciplines
· Possess a strong network with ability to provide a quick turnaround is highly desired
· Excellent communicator and collaborator who excels at working in a multi-cultural, international team
· Exceptional ability to build enduring relationships and partner with senior business stakeholders and hiring managers
· Degree qualification(s) in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
· Well-developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail together with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently and manage complex workloads across multiple business lines and locations
· Various Applicant Tracking System (we use Taleo) and MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) competency
