Talent Acquisition Advisor II
- Required to have minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience i in a similar industry with strategic sourcing across both professional technical & corporate disciplines
- Possess a strong network with ability to provide a quick turnaround is highly desired
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who excels at working in a multi-cultural, international team
- Degree qualification(s) in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Well-developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail together with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently and manage complex workloads across multiple business lines and locations
- Various Applicant Tracking System (we use Taleo) and MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) competency
