What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Experience with talent sourcing across Latin America;
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting role;
- Experience working at an EPC company and/or sourcing for engineering positions is preferred;
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates;
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to create talent pools and source candidates;
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish;
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on delivering business results;
- Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships;
- Strong client focus and establish effective working relationships.
