What you will bring

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

        Required:

        • 15+ years’ experience in an environmental performance management, sustainability or related program or project management role.
        • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver outcomes to high standard.
        • Associate's degree or higher in engineering, science, business, or another relevant discipline.
        • Experience with Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) is required. 
        • Scope 1,2, and 3 emissions experience. PLEASE NOTE: this position requires extensive experience with scope 1,2 AND 3 emissions reductions, biodiversity, water, and waste management.
        • Advanced degrees in sustainability will be highly valued.

        Preferred:

        • Experience in role(s) that work with many stakeholders with at times competing objectives.
        • Solid understanding of Worley business or the industries Worley works with. 
        • Demonstrated expertise with developing climate scenarios (mitigation and physical). 
        • Demonstrated understanding of regional regulatory environmental reporting requirements. 
        • Experience assisting large complex organizations achieve significant environmental performance improvements such as energy efficiency gains.
