Sustainability and LCA Lead

Experience and Qualifications:

The candidate should also be able to demonstrate experience in a number of the following services areas:

• Strategic advisory and corporate problem solving for industry (Energy, chemical or resource) sustainability including decarbonization, socio-economic, non-GHG environmental impacts;
• Economics or structured decision and risk analysis methods both quantitative and qualitative, problem solving for external risks
• Preparation of climate and decarbonisation policies, strategies and action plans, Policy and legislation familiarity surrounding carbon, ESG / triple bottom line or circular economy principles
• Low carbon energy project development including master planning, techno-economic modelling, commercial structures, and economic/financial modelling.
• Report writing and presentation material development.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

• Sustainability, economics – environmental or ecological, finance, environmental science, policy
• GHG Assessment and ISO compliant Life Cycle Analysis of process and project inputs and outputs.
• Advanced degree and excellent academic record (Bcomm/BSc/MSc/MBA/PhD/CA/CFA) or equivalent in relevant discipline
• English and preferably a second language
• Experience with either Management Consulting or ‘Big 4’ Transaction Services would be beneficial.
