Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.

2+ years’ expertise in sustainability, ESG reporting, or corporate environmental management.

 

Soft skills required:

 

Interpersonal skills & Stakeholder Management

Ability to build appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships throughout the organization.

Team player; demonstrates the Worley value of “Stronger Together” in all interactions with the immediate team and its stakeholders.

Communication & Presentation Skills

Must have the ability to summarise and transform data into concise, clear reporting that delivers insight to management.

General presentation and material development including drafting and contributing to reports and presentations, participating in stakeholder engagement, and organising internal meetings and workshops.

Continuous Improvement

‘Rise to the challenge’ and owns all deliverables and workstreams within your remit.

Must be a self-starter, with a high level of curiosity and the ability to work autonomously to troubleshoot or problem solve.

Proactively identifies and takes ownership of opportunities to improve existing processes as well as reporting deliverables across the Group.
