Role Context:
We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and accelerate key supply chain functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing engineering documentation, material procurement, and manufacturing schedules, ensuring they align with project goals and business priorities. You’ll build strong supplier relationships and lead a dedicated team of purchasers and contract managers to drive efficient and timely project delivery. The projects are in the sustainable process chemical industry in Sweden and Finland, with a total installed cost of 50 million euros.

You Will:

  • Analyze and interpret reports and schedules, applying insights to enhance project planning and supplier performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, ensuring project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Lead the procurement team, setting priorities and guiding daily tasks to align with project goals.
  • Make independent decisions on complex supply chain issues, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and proposals, communicating insights to stakeholders and influencing key decisions.

You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in supply chain systems with the ability to quickly solve problems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with effective communication abilities.
  • Proven conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English.
