🎯 Purpose
Guarantee that EPC Contractor, and other contractors comply with the guidelines and standards of the Owner in terms of Social Responsibility and Community Relations. Integrate and systematize sufficient documentary support to demonstrate compliance. Opportune report to the Owner about the compliance and, if necessary, the deviations detected..
📋 Responsibilities
· Interact with the EPC Contractor and/or the other contractors and subcontractors, organizing the interaction by Work Loops.
· Review and validate work plans on Social Responsibility and Community Relations.
· Supervises adherence to work plans and execution of activities by the EPC Contractor and other contractors and subcontractors, in accordance with the Owner's guidelines and industry best practices.
· Collects and integrates the documentary evidence that supports compliance and/or deviations by the EPC Contractor and other contractors and subcontractors (as required).
· Periodically reports to the Owner regarding compliance with guidelines and practices, as well as deviations (potential or consummated).
· Integrates periodic reports (systematized and broken down by locality or interest group, organized by Work Loop) structured according to the best industry practices, to present them to authorities, financial entities and other interested parties.
What you will bring
🔍 Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Social Responsibility, Intercultural Management or related career
· +5 years involved in social management for assets in the energy, mining, transport or other large infrastructure sectors
· Experience in financing schemes subject to IFC Performance Standards, Framework Principles or similar.
· Extensive knowledge of the Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards, SDGs, GRI and other international standards widely accepted in the industry.
· Experience in Relations with Indigenous and Tribal Peoples and Communities under the guidelines of ILO Convention 169, and other similar treaties;
· Management of regulations applicable to Social Impact in the Hydrocarbons Sector (Hydrocarbons Law, Regulations of the Hydrocarbons Law, DACGEIS Energy Sector, among others);
· Experience in SCR, compensation and remediation measures.
