Subcontract Coordinator II
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Substantial experience in subcontract formation, negotiation, and administration within the energy, chemicals, or resources industries.
- Working knowledge of contractual frameworks, commercial risk management, and performance-based contracting.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work independently while managing multiple subcontract packages concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external subcontractors.
- Proficient in interpreting scopes of work, specifications, and drawings to ensure contractual alignment.
- Comfortable using enterprise systems, procurement platforms, and document control tools.
- Familiarity with industry safety, sustainability, and compliance requirements as they relate to subcontracted work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations for subcontractor performance improvement and issue resolution.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
- Equivalent practical experience.
