Subcontract Coordinator I
Qualifications / Skill Set
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Some experience or familiarity with subcontract administration, contract coordination, or procurement processes, preferably within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.
- Basic understanding of contract principles and subcontract management practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Effective communication skills, able to engage professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Proficient in common office software and comfortable learning procurement or contract management systems.
- Ability to work under supervision and take initiative to support team goals in a dynamic environment.
