Subcontract Coordinator
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- A university degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; or equivalent trade qualification combined with further training and experience.
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree, or 10+ years with a trade background.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and field coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of project management and construction management systems.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and recommendations that consider cost, safety, environmental, and quality impacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.
- A proactive and pragmatic mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and drive results in a dynamic field environment.
