Stationary Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
· A high school diploma or general education degree or equivalent with a minimum three-year power generation operations and maintenance experience or equivalent boiler/turbine theory experience.
· Strong process analysis, troubleshooting, and rotating equipment maintenance skills. Ability to work in closed quarters and confined spaces; climb ladders and structures; lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are critical. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Under minimal supervision must be able to perform operations and maintenance tasks in an effective and efficient manner following established standards and procedures.

· Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule with overtime and occasional call-ins including holidays, nights, and weekends. Varying shift assignments based on team coverage needs.
