Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day engineering and construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to management.
Review and ensure technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work are followed correctly.
Identify design or construction issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
Manage site engineering documentation such as RFI, NCR, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all times.
Support the procurement process by reviewing material specifications and participating in vendor evaluations.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Participate in progress and coordination meetings with site and project management teams.
Assist in preparing project status reports, lookahead schedules, and resource forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
Experience in construction project execution in senior site-based role.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering practices, and site operations.
Familiarity with project management tools and construction software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project).
Proven track record in handling large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of HSE practices and quality control procedures.
