Qualifications:
- 10 years managing an industrial maintenance worksite. Applicable post-secondary degree or trade certification with experience in heavy industrial maintenance (oil and gas)
- Experience in managing construction/maintenance in a multi-trade union environment
· Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods)
· Thorough knowledge of craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.
· Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.
