Site Construction Field Supervision Engineer

As a ou will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the structural engineering team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors construction of NPP’s and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.
- Supports the Client in Civil Construction Site Inspections.
- Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments.
- Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site construction.
- Reports on project performance against the baseline plan.
- Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.
- Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project.
- Reviews as-built documentation for completeness as per EPC contract requirements and applicable standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong construction oversight skills; 8+ years of construction field supervision.
- Experience in multi-cultural teams.
- NPP or Nuclear-related construction experience is required.
Special Job Requirements
- Ability to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.
- Proactive team player, proven to be effective in a multi-cultural environment.
