ServiceNow HRSD Manager
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow HRSD as technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, or Functional HRSD Architect.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD).
- Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development and delivery.
- Experience managing HR technology transformations in a complex enterprise environment.
