Position: Service Delivery Analyst, I & DD - Service Now Developer.
This role is to Design, develop and implement enhancements/fixes within ServiceNow,
Ensure project and enhancement deployment as per conceptual design documentation and architecture and Collaborate
with various Information Technology and business stakeholder groups to ensure deployed solutions meet all agreed upon criteria

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Service Catalogues inclusive of flow designer and integration hub.
Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI Policies, widgets, etc. (JavaScript)
Troubleshoot and resolve any potential technical application issues
Adhere to ServiceNow best practices (code best practices, update sets, table relationships, application customization, etc.)
Adhere to Worley Change Management principles to ensure the stability of sub-production and production environments
Proactive, responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and/or issues
Recover quickly after change, disruptions, or mistakes and can remain productive and focused. Is adaptable and can apply lessons learned in one situation to another situation.
Develop clear and concise technical/process documentation
Assist with application enhancements planning, testing and implementation.

Qualification and experience required:
Fluent in spoken and written English
5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
5+ years' experience using JavaScript in ServiceNow
5+ years' experience as an administrator for ServiceNow Catalogs and Portals
5+ years' experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms via all available options (automated flat file loads and transform maps, web services, connectors, etc)
Strong understanding of the Users, Groups, Roles, Security Groups, and User Criteria implementation in ServiceNow.
Sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies
Ability to work with globally dispersed virtual teams across a number of disciplines
Experience with Employee Center Pro, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, ITSM, AES, HRSD, applications highly desirable.
