Service Delivery Anaylst, I & DD

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with 4-5 years of experience.

- Proven experience in Oracle application development, with expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and modules.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are desirable.

Personal Qualities/ Behavior:

- Strong work ethic.

- Detail oriented and able to solve problems with efficient troubleshooting.

- Self-driven and takes responsibility.

Preferably with the flexibility to work during US / Canada hours from India / cover more of an overlap window at least, given the Project resources are based in US / Canada.
