Responsabilities:                                                                                                                

  • Coordinator and connector between MMM and Worley consulting to concrete Peruvian and other market opportunities                                                                                                                                                                            
  • support positioning of Worley for growth                                                                                                                                                                           
  • Act as a PM support when needed                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Participate and develop Proposals                                                                                                                                                                              
  • Mentoring junior staff and building Worley capacity in Mine Water                                                                                                                             
  • Collaborate where needed to support the Worley team                                                                                                                                                                           

Requirements:                                                                                                                    

  • >12 years of experience in mining consulting.                                                                                                                                                                       
  • Civil Engineer or Chemical Engineer degree                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Experience and knowledge of Mine water management (with a strong background in water resources, hidrology, hidrogeology and/or Water Treatment).                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Good understanding of environmental legislation, compliance requirements and sustainable development.                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Skilled in fostering strong relationships with clients                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Proven ability to lead and manage water management projects, interdisciplinary teams, coordinating resources, timelines and budget.                                                                                                                                                                      
  • Effective communicator with the ability of collaborate and delegate work (Team Player)                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
