Senior Water Engineer - Lima

Responsabilities:
- Coordinator and connector between MMM and Worley consulting to concrete Peruvian and other market opportunities
- support positioning of Worley for growth
- Act as a PM support when needed
- Participate and develop Proposals
- Mentoring junior staff and building Worley capacity in Mine Water
- Collaborate where needed to support the Worley team
Requirements:
- >12 years of experience in mining consulting.
- Civil Engineer or Chemical Engineer degree
- Experience and knowledge of Mine water management (with a strong background in water resources, hidrology, hidrogeology and/or Water Treatment).
- Good understanding of environmental legislation, compliance requirements and sustainable development.
- Skilled in fostering strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability to lead and manage water management projects, interdisciplinary teams, coordinating resources, timelines and budget.
- Effective communicator with the ability of collaborate and delegate work (Team Player)
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
