Senior UI / UX Designer
Role Context:
Role Position Title: UX Designer
Functional Group/Region: Worley Consulting Digital
Reports To (Position Title): Director, Business and Customer Experience
Why Does This Position Exist? To bring user centricity to our digital platform
You'll be:
- Employ an overall UX strategy, to align all user touchpoints with an informed vision for an overall user experience.
- Design solid information architecture (IA), to organise potentially complex information in an understandable and accessible manner.
- Design personas, scenarios, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
- Plan and moderate various UX and design thinking and sprint workshops, iterate and consolidate the outcomes.
- Sketching and delivering presentations and posters.
- Conduct usability studies such as card sorting, system usability and heuristic evaluation, as well as other forms of user testing (as required) to uncover key usability flaws.
- Coordinate with UX design lead on issues like navigation, page routing and product design.
- Develop mockups for the development and design team.
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis.
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
You'll have:

Education – Qualification, Accreditation, Training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related is considered an asset
- 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
- Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign and Illustrator
