Qualifications:
· Diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
· 10+ years of applied experience.
· Solid understanding of water science, data analysis, visualization, and data storage systems.
· Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving needs.
· Ability to rapidly troubleshoot and problem-solve.
· Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
