Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Worley Consulting (Environmental, Geo & Water)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) and extensive recruiting or human resources experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Water, Environmental, Carbon Capture, Blue/Green Hydrogen and other renewable industry experience is a must
- Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Ability to market and sell the company’s employee value proposition.
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts.
- Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience developing and utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques.
- Effectively present information to top management, employees and/or executives
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is $78,117 to $129,087
