Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor
Skills/Experience Required for the role:
- Extensive experience in the recruitment field.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or related fields
- Experience of staffing up major projects
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically, 7+ years relevant experience. - Experience preferably within the Engineering/Hydrocarbons/ Oil & Gas/Construction industry
- Experience of resourcing industry search and selection techniques
- Prior experience of running social media campaigns
- Experience of recruiting within the relevant location and regional markets
Critical to the role:
- A high level of diplomacy and tact
- Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong ability to Inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management.
- Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Broad duties assigned at beginning of projects. Work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas that impinge on work of other units. Work is reviewed to ensure policy conformity and soundness of approach. Informed guidance is available.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- The ability to collaborate across multiple teams, stakeholders, and locations.
- An understanding of the Engineering Services resourcing market
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Able to think and act strategically.
