Principal Structural Designer
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- 7 plus years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with experience in design and retrofit of Facilities and Chemical Plants.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices for the control, development, and application of deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other designers and engineers to achieve optimal drawing product.
- Successful candidates will be self-starters with an aptitude for problem solving and innovation and the ability to work independently or as a member of a team. You must be capable of working with a team within a major project.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
Additional Information:
- This role is an in-office work in Monrovia California.
- Salary Hourly Range $54.56-$80.23
- Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field and/or equivalent 7-year experience in structural design.
Preferred:
- S3D preferred.
- Training in MicroStation.
- Oil & Gas Industry with experience in design and retrofit of Facilities and Chemical Plants.
- Saudi Aramco experience.
