Senior Static Equipment Integrity Engineer
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in static equipment integrity management, particularly in brownfield projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Expertise in the design, fabrication, inspection, and maintenance of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and piping systems.
- Profound knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
- Extensive experience with advanced NDE techniques and inspection methodologies for comprehensive condition assessments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection data, perform remnant life assessments, and develop RBI strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to lead technical discussions with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Thorough understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations pertaining to static equipment operations.
- Familiarity with integrity management systems and proficiency in RBI software.
- Professional certifications such as API 510, API 570, API 580, or equivalent are highly valued.
