Senior Risk Engineer

Principal Accountabilities:

1.                   Ensure quality and accuracy of EPC Contractor’s Safety Risk Engineering activities.

2.                   Review and approve EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices.

3.                   Provide PMC Safety Risk performance data and reports to PMC Management and the Owner.

4.                   Provide technical guidance to develop new specifications and update existing specifications.

5.                   Perform calculations for design validation and optimization.

6.                   Review technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis.

7.                   Participate in Layout, P&lD, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc.

8.                   Safety Risk Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models.

9.                   Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.

10.            Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities
