As a Senior Remuneration Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and implementing processes and tools to effectively manage our global incentive plans. The role also includes executive benchmarking and analysis, support with preparation of Board People & Remuneration Committee papers, and modelling and analysis relating to remuneration projects.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Remuneration Analyst to join our team in Melbourne.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement processes, tools and reporting to manage the global incentive plans at Worley to ensure they operate efficiently, working closely with our global remuneration operations and systems teams. 
  • Provide advice to remuneration and people team members on incentive plan processes and governance. 
  • Support development and implementation of communications for incentive plans. (e.g. updating the internal SharePoint pages).
  • Conduct analysis to assess incentive pool budgets and payouts, and work with key stakeholders to track performance of business scorecards and financial accruals.
  • Support preparation of Board papers on executive remuneration topics.
  • Conduct global analysis in remuneration (e.g. market trend analysis, internal and external analysis, scenario modelling) to support remuneration strategy and policy development.
  • Gather relevant data for executive remuneration benchmarking and prepare analysis relating to executive remuneration reviews.
  • From time to time, provide back up (e.g. holiday coverage) to the Equity plan Manager in management of equity employee queries and/or reporting.
  • Lead or participate in other global projects as part of the broader global remuneration team.

What you’ll have

  • Experience in remuneration which may include incentives, and/or strong analytical skills in a relevant area (e.g. Finance, Consulting).
  • Strong data management, analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and the ability to present complex data and insights in a simple and compelling way using tools including Excel, PowerPoint and/or PowerBI.
  • Experience working within compensation systems e.g. SuccessFactors.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships and stakeholders, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and grow critical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong operational delivery ability which includes project management skills, positive can-do attitude, and ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data and information with discretion.
