Senior Remediation Specialist - Environmental Engineer
Qualifications
BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Industry-related degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in southern California including management related to site investigations and remediation projects, including field experience and subcontractor management, in the oil and gas industry.
Business development and sales experience in leading client pursuits.
Experience with Phase I ESA, Phase II ESA, remedial investigation/feasibility studies (RI/FS), remedial action plans (RAP), development of conceptual site models, and soil and groundwater remediation.
Regulatory interface and negotiation experience.
Registration as a California Professional Engineer (CA PE) or Professional Geologist (CA PG).
Registration as a California Certified Hydrogeologist (CHg) is a plus but not required.
Technical skills to review reports and proposals. Experience presenting group capabilities to internal and external clients.
Ability to foster collaboration across the LM&R service line as well as other parts of Worley.
Experience contributing to project proposals.
Ability to solve difficult technical problems, meet regulatory challenges, and present solutions to clients and regulators.
Communication skills to consult effectively with project staff, technical experts, and clients, to ensure project solutions are appropriately tailored to the client’s objectives.

Salary Range $166,238 to $244,468 USD.
